Services

EOYB provides direct-mail advertising, design coordination, campaign management, lead-response tools, and related services. Specific deliverables, mailing quantities, timing, pricing, and campaign conditions are described in the applicable order, proposal, or checkout page.

Orders and payment

You agree to provide accurate business, billing, and advertising information and to pay the prices and charges shown at purchase. Work may depend on timely receipt of payment, creative materials, approvals, and other requested information.

Advertising content

You are responsible for ensuring that materials, claims, offers, trademarks, contact details, and other content you provide are accurate, lawful, and authorized. We may refuse content that is deceptive, unlawful, infringing, or unsuitable for the campaign.

Campaign timing and changes

Mailing and delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by advertiser approvals, inventory, printers, postal operations, weather, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Approved artwork or campaign details may not be changeable after production begins.

SMS messaging program

Program name: Eyes On Your Business LLC SMS Messaging.

With your separate consent, service-related messages may concern inquiries, quotes, purchases, appointments, and customer support. With separate marketing consent, promotional messages may concern postcard campaign availability, pricing, offers, and related services.

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in or receive messages from this SMS program.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message and will receive no further SMS unless you opt in again. To rejoin, submit a new opt-in form or otherwise provide fresh consent. For assistance, reply HELP or contact [email protected]. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Intellectual property

EOYB and its licensors retain ownership of their pre-existing materials, systems, templates, branding, and intellectual property. Rights in final creative deliverables, if any, are governed by the applicable order or written agreement.

Except as expressly stated in writing, services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, calls, appointments, sales, or revenue. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EOYB will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms periodically. We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, abuse, unlawful activity, or material violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
